After being on the PTR for a couple weeks, Wrecking Ball has finally had his cosmetics added, and they're a mix of the strange and awesome that make the hero so great.
In true Blizzard style, many of the cosmetics give a nod to the character's past, along with references to other Overwatch heroes and pop culture.
Skins
Wrecking Ball's skin come with a bunch of variety both for the mech and for Hammond, with one or both changing depending on the skin.
There is a strong science theme that comes with these skins, which is most evident in the first four common skins.
Unsurprisingly, all four of his legendary skins are nods to his time in Horizon Lunar Colony and in Junkertown, where he become champion of its arena.
I am sad to say that Blizzard didn't take the opportunity to create a disco ball skin, but hopefully they'll add one in the future.

Emotes and Highlight Intros
The emotes and highlight intros for Wrecking Ball mostly take on two distinct themes: Hammond lounging around on the mech or him running on or around it in some manner.
What is a surprise is a lack of hamster wheel references among his cosmetics, with the only one really "hamstery" cosmetic, being the running highlight intro.
Victory Poses
The victory poses feature Hammond and his mech posing together in a variety of ways including one pose called "peace" which is a clear nod to D.VA's victory pose of the same name.
There is also a nod to Miley Cyrus's 2013 pop hit Wrecking Ball, which was the pop singer swinging on a wrecking ball. The pose, Swing, sees Hammond slowly swing on his mech as he gazes into the distance.
Golden Gun
Finally, Wrecking Ball's golden guns, which are less golden then was expected but will still definitely stand out on the battlefield.
