Dragons flying around and terrorizing people, but not when you are around. Best definition of fun should be exploration with dragon shouting.
GTA San Andreas
Driving around with the chopper on the highway and on the radio playing "Horse with no name", it is the closest feeling to the real thing. At the time San Andreas sandbox was the biggest ever, there were so many things to do. Few would play this game only for the main story line, we would just be driving and shooting. Fun times.
