We had the Venue Finalized
We are delighted that the venue has been finalized and reserved thanks to @itinerantph and @fernwehninja for doing such. Thank you. The venue was the same venue with our World Food Day Celebration where we were able to feed 150 less fortunate children and provided them a pair of Slippers each.
We thank everybody for participating in such that successful event. This time, we're ought to take another step for the benefit of the community. We are conducting this Gift Giving day in celebration of the upcoming Christmas - the essence of Giving.

A Humanitarian Effort Powered by Steem
We are empowering this event via Steem. All of the expenses uses (Food, Transportation, Program Event, and etc) will all be funded by the Earnings of @steemph.cebu and with the supportive Steemians who wanted to support the initiative.
Just like what happened in conducting our World Food Day, all of the expenses were all powered by Steem, our Steemit earnings, and donations from members were the engine that made it successful.
We have Initially Identified the Possible Cost
Upon setting up this event, these are the possible and approximate costs of the event. Please take a look on the breakdown of possible expenses :
For families
We are giving these to the Families :
10 Kilos of Rice x 6 Families x Php. 600 per 10 Kilos (Approx.) = Php. 3,600.00
Noche Buena Package (Christmas Foods) x 6 Families x Php. 700 Budget (Approx) = Php. 4,200.00
Gift Cash x 6 Families x (Php. 500) = P3,000.00
Php. 10,800.00 = $216.00
We're aiming to Provide Free Meals to Everyone.
We are aiming just like these to our Participants and Volunteers
We expect 30 - 50 Steemians Coming for the Event. All from Cebu. Hopefully everyone will support the initiative, and I already asked their participation and they said yes. Our Steemians are extremely supportive with the initiative and we are delighted that they already confirmed their participation. Here's the breakdown of the food expenses :
One meal Costs : Php. 60.00 each = $1.20
6 Families x 4 Persons Each x $1.20 = $28.80
40 Steemians (Estimated) x $1.20 = $48.00
Total = $76.80
Expenses for Preparation
We have set our Preparations to be $100.00 for everything (Transportation, Program Materials, Emergency Funds, and etc.). This also includes our Signature event (Final and Heart-Touching Event) as an ender to the program.
Grand Total will be : $342.80
