Hi Steemit Friends,
I just finished giving back to my 31st-40th followers whose reputation is between 25-40. These are the guys/gals following me who were not naughty, and are not yet very successful. I know how it's like to be a newbie (I in fact still am). I want to show as many new-starters as I can that this is a community of people who contributes through valuable content, support, and giving back. It looks like more and more people are already above 40 reputation, which delights me because they are now a bit successful.
I did not think that this will be very tedious, but I will continue to do it. I will allocate 30 minutes of each day to review 10 followers. 260 to go lol!
