This is a carb cap for dabbing cannabis oil and it's purpose is to cap the bong during hits to control air flow. This allows you to take bigger dabs at lower temperatures while wasting less of the smoke.
I'd decorated this ball of glass over a year ago and finally got inspired to turn it into this and I'm glad I did.
Here's a shot of what it's more or less supposed to look like while being used. I had a spare banger for the bong on hand to make it somewhat fit.
It was a fun way to practice decorating techniques like dot stacking and melting in color on a simple small scale. I plan to make many more of these in the future!
