This has been taken in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. One of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen.

I was coming from Argentina in summer 2016, after a 62 days hitchhiking trip. I only had my backpack, my little camera and almost no money left in my pockets. This is the beauty of being a backpacker, giving yourself the opportunity to be completely lost.

Earlier that day I had wandered trying to find a place to set my tent, at some hidden place on the streets when I found this amazing view. After contemplating the sun and the great La Plata river I found a secret place by the river where I've slept using only the stars to cover me. Night was superb, calm and hot.
