Meet Walter!
He's liquid all day long.
Funny thing I noticed whole watching him: When people are ready with drinking from Walter and leave him, there are many pigeons bathing on top of his head.
When I think, that all the people are drinking from his head too... That's gross!
Some people even feet him with trash, although
he isn't a crap bucket. Don't know if he likes that.
But even better than throwing the trash on the ground. So Walter even helps to keep the environment clean.
