Today we discover a wonderful hashtag that is perfect ever since we have started this roller-coaster journey of helping needy families.
And this year, we wanted to help families who have never experienced Christmas before.
If you have noticed our previous post, we all started with just a small group, pitching in effort from donations to personally handcraft for the upcoming event; then we have people from overseas who are in Malaysia.
Last Saturday we managed to pack all registered 85 families and the corporation like Keloggs came in to help by donating tons of cereals; and through our announcement we needed to bless new comers, last Sunday overflowing blessings came in for these families!
The One Way Home boys "almost" had a hard time getting all these in, it was truly an abundance moment.
(They are super strong, nothing to worry about)
We are just so thankful that despite Malaysia is facing some economy challenges, the heart of giving never stopped.
We know that human by nature is good, and only bad circumstances turned twisted our believes aside; but with united great hearts, especially for those who were touched by the love of God, nothing is impossible.
And I truly know that when we flow out, new abundant can flow back in and overflow!
At an end note I would like to share something that strikes my heart as this article unfolds:
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Psalm 23:5b
Although this was about a feast in front of the enemy, which could be correct, when Poverty is our enemy, God will still keep blessing us.
And our first still, is to give out so that there is no "blessing clogs" in our lives.
