- Baby arugla 【some pieces】
芝麻菜 【少量】

- Steam the pumpkin pieces at 10mins.
然後把南瓜塊蒸10分鐘
- Second, cut the chicken to slice, then cut it to as small as you can. Roll it up as a ball sharp. 接著把雞柳切條再切碎，搓成球形。
- Steam the chicken at 10mins.
然後把雞球蒸10分鐘
- Take some pumpkin mud on your hand, spread it to be a circle.
把南瓜泥放在手掌成一塊圓形 - Put the chicken ball on it, then cover it. 然後放雞肉球在中間包起來
- Use the handle of spoon to make the pit. 用湯匙的手柄把坑炆壓出來
- Put the arugla on top. 最後把芝麻菜放在頂部

【Remark:】 Use sweet potato instead of pumpkin will be more easy to produce. Because the texture will be more straight and more colorful.
