Hello everyone! :)
These days working out became really popular, some people do it casualy some people work hard. But what are the real benefits we are getting from it? Why is it so important?
If you are interested why, enjoy my post! :)
1. Reduces anxiety and depression.
One common thing we can count on is stress relief. Did you ever experienced this strong desire to punch something, or quick pump of energy when you were angry? Working out can help us manage physical and mental stress it also increases concentration of norepinephrine. A chemical that moderate the brain response to stress. Whenever you feel like punching the wall go ahead and do some push ups it's gonna help you reduce stress and definitely increase your body ability to deal with mental tension.
2. Exercise fights diseases and health conditions
Exercising will increase you HDL ("good" cholesterol) and deacrease the unhealthy one. Some simple exercises that will make you move, will couse blood to flow cleaner through your veins what gonna decrease risk of cardiovascular disease. In the other hand if you exercise regulary, it's gonna help you prevent many health problems and concerns. For this, i remember when i was exercising a lot because i was training handball. I was feeling really good, full of energy. But just year after stopping i experienced many problems, such as lack of energy, laizyness, and bad moods. Very little i knew that i was lacking exercising at that time. Beside all this, it also prevents stroke, metabolic syndrome, different types of cancer, type 2 diabetes, falls and arthritis.
3. Boosts your energy
If you exercise regulary, you are most likely to improve your muscles strength and increase your endurance. When you exercise you deliver lots of oxygen and nutrients to your tissues it also helps cardiovascular system more efficiently. Even among people suffering from chonic medical conditions. When we are fatigued we don't consider exercising as a help, we see it more as crazy thing to do, but studies show that exercise works great if we are feeling fatigue. We often rather eat chocolate bar or drink energy drink to feel that boost. But just simple exercising at the morning can already provide that without throwing thrash into our body.
With time as your muscles, heart and lungs condition improves, you gonna feel like kid with a lot of energy once more.
4. Improves memory and boost your brainpower.

In University of British Columbia, researches found out that exercising helps memory, thinking and many others.
How?
Basically exercising stimulate the release chemicals that affect health of your brain cells and growth of new blood vessels in the brain. It also producess serotonin in the brain which is working as anti-depressant(Point nr.1) So as you see, not without a reason we sometimes say that:
"Brain is like a muscle"
Studies on children, adults and elderly also shows that aerobic effects hipocampus the most, this brain structure grows as people get fitter! (Hipocampus is responsible for memory and learning)
5. Boosting your happy chemicals.
As i mentioned before, exercising will couse production of serotonin, thanks to this little chemicals we can feel much better.
(Did you ever noticed that after exercising for example doing yoga we feel more calm, relax and with better mood?)
Those chemicals in your brain, triggers positive feeling similiar to that of morphine! But don't worry, it's not so addictive ^^
Another example is "runner's high" that feeling is known for positive and energizing outlook on life. It's not a coincidance that after various sports we just feel better.
My summary
So as you see, it's worth to do even simple exercise every morning or just when you have spare time. Maybe it's worth sacreficing a little bit of your time, to improve your health. Take your, sister, wife, boyfriend and go do some exercises! Even simple fun running with kids can be your exercise, so don't hold yourself and let's exercise together! :)
