白面
黄豆
糖少许
做法:
首先现将玉米面用热水烫一下,少放点白面。
酵母粉用温水调好,放进玉米面中。
黄豆用榨汁机搅碎,也放入玉米面中,调匀,放温度高点的地方发酵。
大约半个小时后,发酵的玉米面糊。
这时电饼铛预热,锅内放油,将玉米面煎成小饼子。
这样就可以吃了!
我用刀切成小块,摆盘造型,非常好吃的小饼子,甜软可口,营养又健康。
