We are all human and we are all created equal. Realistically we should all be able to live in peace and harmony because we are all the same. We all die at the end of our lives. It doesn't matter if you were a good person or a bad person, dying is in the cards for everyone. No one can be good all the time. To live in peace is not so easy. If it was easy, there would be no wars or even politics for that matter. We are from different races, cultures, colors and beliefs. Even though we were created equal, we are NOT the same.
What makes someone evil?
Why are there murderers and rapists out there? Why would anyone want to harm someone else?
I believe that we all have some evil inside of us. There are people out there that literally don't feel any empathy towards anyone. They will kill someone without blinking an eye. These killers are sometimes categorized as psychopaths.
A psychopath is an unstable and aggressive person.
Is it possible that someone who is a good person and do good things, can change into an evil person?
I believe so. Someone can become an evil person overnight! Evil lurks everywhere.
“I have never met any really wicked person before. I feel rather frightened. I am so afraid he will look just like every one else.”
― Oscar Wilde,
What could influence a normally good person to become an evil person?
Common sense tells me that it has something to do with unbalanced hormones and our own morals.
Oxytocin is a hormone that is made in the brain, in the hypothalamus. It is transported to, and secreted by, the pituitary gland, which is located at the base of the brain. In chemistry, oxytocin is classed as a nonapeptide (a peptide containing nine amino acids), while its biological classification is as a neuropeptide. It acts both as a hormone and as a brain neurotransmitter.
Oxytocin could affect our morality. It can affect our normal thought process, and it could cause us to become mentally imbalanced. Could this be the reason why people do bad things? What if we could stabilize the release of this hormone? Would we be able to change a bad person into a good person?
We all think of ourselves as good people, and we all try and do good things most of the time, but is it really so easy to just do good things?
If our lives or the lives of our family is endangered, we will all fight to death to save ourselves.
Self defense
Self-defense is defined as "protecting oneself from injury at the hand of others." Self-defense is not about taking vengeance. Self-defense is not about punishing criminals. Self-defense involves preserving one's own health and life when it is threatened by the actions of others. When we speak about using potentially lethal force in self-defense, we're talking about using weapons to protect ourselves and others, even if the weapons used could kill the attacker.
Evil means to be morally bad or to do harm to others!
What are morals?
Morals are a person's standards of behavior or beliefs concerning what is and is not acceptable for them to do.
Our morals are taught to us from infancy through to adulthood. We are able to distinguish between good and bad. Why would someone choose to do bad things instead of good things?
Causing harm or injury to someone
Physical abuse means any non-accidental act or behavior causing injury, trauma, or other physical suffering or bodily harm.
We see this everywhere. Physical abuse happens more than we can imagine. What makes someone want to physically abuse someone? What makes a person stay in an abusive relationship? Women often do not even report this abuse. They cling to their abuser, and is often to scared to open up to others. They constantly make up excuses and then this affects their self-esteem. They believe that they are being punished for something they did.
Sexual abuse, also referred to as molestation, is usually undesired sexual behavior by one person upon another. When force is immediate, of short duration, or infrequent, it is called sexual assault. The offender is referred to as a sexual abuser.
Why would anyone want to rape a person?
There are plenty of reasons why men rape women but all comes down to some psychological impairment. A rapist either feel superior over women, or the rapist might have such a low self esteem that he feels that he has the right to try and uplift himself. Whatever the reason, it all comes down to some level of evilness. (I don't think that there is anything more degrading than being raped.)
Verbal abuse (also known as reviling or " verbal bullying") is described as a negative defining statement told to the victim or about the victim, or by withholding any response, thereby defining the target as non-existent.
Verbal abuse can be the worst type of abuse. It breaks down a person's self esteem, and words can hurt much deeper than any physical abuse could.
I want to leave you with this video. Take note that this is extremely visually disturbing. Not for the faint hearted!!
