Day 20 Intermittent Fasting Update!

WOOT WOOOT! Completed 20 days, 10 more days for that 30 days son! Just got done doing my 5 mile walk/jog ! :D I always switch it up from either the last mile I will jog it or I will just walk as much as I want than jog and repeat. I'm starting to like the walk for 5 min and then jog for 1 min. My jogs are way faster than a paced jog so it helps :D It really raises my heart rate as I feel my heart jumping! As I gasp for air bahahahha! I will make another video on that.

I am actually really proud of myself for keeping up with the 18hr plus fast daily avg about 20hrs daily and 5-6 mile walk/jog daily. I just thought about it after I finished today and was like damn I can't believe I have been doing this for 20 days lolol. I am going to be adding mauy thai and strength training soon :)
