Day 21 Intermittent Fasting (24hrs) Update On the Trail

Just got done with my walk/jog 5-6 miles today. I felt really really drained. Also the fact I was up at like 4am. I feel much more relaxed now. I think my body is catching up to the 5-6 mile walks now lol. Also, the fast is catching up too! I feel way more buff! There is always going to be days where I am just so tired I won't want to do it. But, I will keep on pushing! I won't stop for nothing till I die! Can't stop; Won't stop!

I had to make this video because I really felt like I needed to update on my work out. Though my last video is from today :) I hope everyone is having a great Friday Night!
