WORKING OUT In The PARK With @JOORDANZZZ.

This was our first time trying out these workout machines in the park. You can see these kind of machines in quite few park places for people to use for free.
I have never actually tried these out till today, when I and @joordanzzz decided to go out and enjoy the little bit of the sun we had today.
It was pretty windy by the Skaha Lake and we decided to go home but on our way to the parking lot we found this outside gym and decided to have some fun and try it out.

We had some good laughts. It was actually pretty funny, but some of the machines actually are pretty good even though you don't have the weights attached to them. The weight is actually your own body weight since when you lift these handles, the seat goes up, so you are lifting your own weight.

Up to the next machine.

Right next to us was the hockey arena and then some basketball courts. Maybe next time we will shoot some hoops.
