HOW TO MAKE DOLMAS [EASY]

Savoy cabbage is a little overlooked vegetable. It has a nice taste and is extremely easy to work with, as it does not work so easily.

INGREDIENTS:

400 g lean oxen
8 black olives
25 g of sun-dried tomatoes
2-3 tbsp. fresh basil
The shell of 1 unsprayed lemon
150 g of salad
200 g cherry tomatoes
1½ tbsp. oil
1 savoy cabbage
Salt
Pepper

ACCESSORIES:

3 dl rice

4 tablespoons. fromage frais

HOW TO PREPARE DOLLARS OF SAVOY BOX WITH SALADS AND OLIVES:

Turn on the oven at 190 ° C.

Pick as large leaves of savoy cabbage as possible - 4-8 pieces. depending on size.

Bring leached salt water into a saucepan and boil the cabbage leaves for approx. 3 minutes till they are
just exactly tender.

Chop olives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and salad roughly.

Grind lemon peel.

Mix beef, olive, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, lemon peel and salad, and season with salt and pepper.

Distribute the filling on the middle of the 4 kale leaves - possibly. 2 slid over each other, if they are small - fold the leaves tightly around the filling and place the domes in an ovenproof dish with the closure downwards so that they do not open.
