Water is very essential for maintaining normal body temperature our daily drinking water utilized by our body process through sweating, excretion and digestion and we need daily water in sufficient amount to maintain body temperature less water intake may cause dehydration and fever and it helps to maintain normal body temperature so water is must to drink daily.
