Most of us people regularly eat fruits, but after this, they fall ill. It may be that after taking the wrong things in the wrong time behind it. Ayurveda has been told that if anything is consumed at the wrong time, it can prove to be a loss of profit rather than benefits.
Apple:
Apple is considered to be good at breakfast in the morning breakfast. There is an element named pectin that takes BP and cholesterol
Reduces. Apple should not be consumed in the night meal because pectin is difficult in digestion at night and then it has acidity in the stomach.
The problem increases.
banana:
Banana should be eaten in the afternoon ie the lunch. Banana proves helpful in increasing our body's immune system. Banana consumption at night
It should not be done at all because it can cause dyspepsia.
potato:
Consumption of potato and potato products is considered to be better in morning snacks. It also reduces cholesterol and gives our body the energy needed. Because of high-calorie intake in it, it is considered less appropriate to take the night. If you eat potatoes at night, then this can cause weight gain.
Milk:
The doctor also says about milk that it is better to consume it at night. By taking lukewarm milk at night, it gets better and energy restores the body. If you work harder or exercise in the morning then take milk and it may be difficult to digest it.
Dried fruits and legumes:
It is considered good to use these in the afternoon because it helps reduce blood pressure. Eating them in the night can cause obesity.
Orange:
Oranges should be eaten in the evening at about four o'clock in the breakfast. It is being said that taking an orange in an empty stomach breakfast in the morning can cause stomach problems.
tomatoes:
Tomato consumption is also considered good in the morning that consumption of it at night can cause stomach problems.
