Losing weight as a women is slightly different than for men. But don't worry Sharon got some tips for you!

Ladies & Gentlemen, the post today is obviously made for women. But if you are a man I bet you can still use some of the tips from @fitinfun (Sharon).

I try something new today. The idea is simple: Find an expert, ask him or her questions about a subject your followers could be interest in and post the whole thing!

Answer #1: Start now; start slow – do something everyday and develop new habits over time.

Answer #2: The ones you enjoy and will actually do.

Question #3: Did you take any supplements to lose weight? If yes, which ones can you recommend?

Answer #3: No – I recommend whole food.

Question #4: How did you beat the fear of doing sports in public to lose weight?

Answer #4: I’m a swimmer and swam as a fat kid. I have no fear of doing sports in public. When you are called “whale on the beach” for years on end – you stop caring what people think.

Answer #5: Whole foods you enjoy and will eat

Question #6: What did you do when you were painfully hungry?

Answer #6: When I was fat – I ate whatever was at hand. Now I am never painfully hungry unless too broke for food. In that case, I find the healthiest food I can afford.

Question #7: How do you feel now compared to when you were obese?

Answer #7: Much more “able”.

Question #8: Can you recommend anything that is not related to diet and sports to lose weight?

Answer #8: More rest and recovery; throw out the games and tv and use that money for health.
