Important Issue to be discussed.

Well, two days ago I ran into a serious problem.When I opened my account and tried to submit a story, a message showed up saying that my bandwidth limit is exceeded, please wait to transact or power up Steem.This caused me to do nothing on my account.This is what the message looked like.
I did everything that could be possibly done at that time.I logged out of my account and logged back in, I opened it on other browsers, I changed my internet connection but the problem was not fixed.I was unable to post Anything, upvote, comment and I was even unable to redeem my rewards.As you can see that in the message it says power up your account, but when I tried to do that this message again showed up.I was worried because it was not letting me to even power up my account.I asked many Steemians about this issue but their answers were not appropriate.But thanks to @thecryptodrive and @cryptomancer who helped me a lot in this case.I don't know how but @thecryptodrive lent me some SP and my account started working again.That's how I'm on my account again but that's maybe temporary fix.I need all off you to help me out if you know anything about why this problem is actually caused let me know in the comments section and share it so that maybe someone else can help me out.Today this problem is faced by me.Maybe later on it can be faced by anyone else.So please share this and let everyone aware about this problem.
