This artistic looking dessert was that little sweet that makes the dinner perfect. I had the dinner with dessert in the restaurant on Bock's winery in Hungary. My desert consisted of cheesecake with strawberry mash, decorated with slices of apple. The green decoration on top is made of flavored sugar. I thought it was only a decoration, but it was eatalble. It did taset sweet, as expected.
Bock winery is located in the Villany region in southern Hungary. This district is wellknown for producing some of the finest wines in the world. Bock’s winery is one of them. In the restaurant we had both winetastings and wonderful dinners.
