The picture shows a carrot soup made in our own kitchen. It is basically a vegetarian soup, where the meat has been replaced with chickpeas. It's both delicious and filling. Apart from the chickpeas, carrot is the most important ingredient. If I have leftovers of other root vegetables that need to be used, I have them in there. All in all, it's a good way to avoid wasting food, as you can use the vast majority of vegetables. It will also be exciting when it comes to taste. It is never quite the same. But just as delicious each time.
