It's The Interview Showcase!!!. with your host ...This is the 45th Edition of “The interview Showcase...." and my 15th show for 2023!
A lifestyle program that comes with many educational values. A weekly interview of top users/users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth.
It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steemit itself.
I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and have a chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.
They also share some tips that can help other users to understand the blockchain and correctly make use of it. Sometimes they seek some valuable suggestions here which can help them solve some of their challenges.
This week, I brought to you a Special edition of the Interview Showcase, guess what guys..? I will be speaking with a Steem Couple(@josevas217 and @franyeligonzalez both living in Columbia) who are so hardworking on the blog, both of them are Medical Doctors, and they are Moderators at Steem Health Community. Recently they introduced a great Initiative to help newcomers on the Steemit Platform.....What was that..? Let's find out. By the way, my Niece was with me while this Interview was going on.., she is a potential Steemian😁.
🔶Franyeligonzalez : I would describe myself as someone very sociable, with a lot of charisma, always willing to help others, responsible and committed, willing to keep getting to know different cultures and eager to leave my mark on the world.
🔶Franyeligonzalez: I have been here for more than 4 years t, 4 fabulous years where my growth has been exponential. Everything that is done with love and affection always bears good fruits.
I believe that all the changes that Steemit has had have undoubtedly revolutionized the platform, each change has its pros and cons, but personally, these changes have helped me grow and I know It has helped many other users too.
Today we have great communities that are always willing to support users. When I started there was none of this, we were practically in limbo, without a guide and so I grew and learned. But all these changes have been beneficial for new users because now there is much more support, users are taken more into consideration and curators both large and small always give their best to highlight the work of many people.
The changes are generally always for the better, and we have to adapt, not everyone will agree, but in general terms, we have all benefited..
🔶Franyeligonzalez : The truth is that I have had many, from being the moderator of three communities, each dolphin, to be representative of Steem, which is an achievement that caught me by surprise 😊, but I am quite grateful. The support and trust I have from people is also a very precious treasure, I think all these years I have earned that great affection, and I'm glad for it.
🔶Franyeligonzalez: Wow, I am really happy. For me, it was a surprise because I had never applied for this position before, but I was very happy to see my name among those 20 characters. Because they are all great and excellent users.
My intention will always be to give my best for my communities, my users, my followers and my great friends. It's a big commitment, but I know I'm up to it and I will keep working for the betterment of Steemit and Steem.
🔶Franyeligonzalez: Well, this question fits me very well, because I am currently 6 months part of the TEAM MILLIONAIRE curation team, and we are in charge of reviewing these contests. I can say that since a few months ago, the dynamics have improved a lot, there are very interesting topics, topics that can undoubtedly bring out the artist that we all carry inside.
There are some contests in particular that always have many entries and it is because of their creativity and originality and those are the contests of my dear @vivigivelis, I can not always participate due to time constraints, but she does a great job providing dynamics for users. She is also a great reader, someone who undoubtedly has a lot to say 🥰.
I am a fan of contests, particularly since I always have active contests in some of my communities, I think they are dynamics that keep users active and in constant creation. So, in general, I think we are doing very well and we should continue to support both the contests and the winners
🔶Franyeligonzalez : Yes of course, in fact we are working on it to see if we can attract more people from our country. The big problem is that people always want quick results, and Steemit requires time and dedication, besides loving what we do.
My main advice would be perseverance and discipline, because without that there is very little we can achieve in life, not only within the platform. Be patient because the results never come overnight, but in me, you will always have a guide to take your first steps. I am always available to support anyone who needs it.
🔶Franyeligonzalez : I would love to visit Nigeria, I certainly have people there I would like to meet, for example, you and my friends @ simonnwigwe @ goodybest @ fredquantum who are Steemit users. I have worked with all of them and I really loved it. I think I would like to stay at least 1-month 😊 and get to know as much as I can.
🔶Franyeligonzalez: I certainly have a lot of responsibilities to take care of 😊, sometimes I don't know how I manage it, but I think that being a very organized person is the key to everything. Prioritize activities, and focus on what is really necessary. I think that's the key to fulfilling all my responsibilities.
🔶Franyeligonzalez : I like to sleep a lot 😂, watch movies, listen to music and dance, share with my friends and partner, see new places and read. I think those are the activities I enjoy the most.
🔶Franyeligonzalez: I'm not really Colombian, I'm Venezuelan, so I grew up listening to the music of my country, and their music is spectacular, llanera music is what represents us. I love the songs of Reinaldo Armas and Luis Silva.
🔶Franyeligonzalez: No my friend, I have never heard any song from Nigeria.

🔶Franyeligonzalez: That's right, this is a project that aims to support and guide new and not so new users. We know that beginnings are not easy, and many times a simple conversation is not enough, it is necessary to have a guide, someone who really cares about your learning, and that is our intention, to make the users' way easier and not so full of doubts and mistakes.
Currently, we also have 3 more projects in mind, but soon we will let everyone in Steemit know. We really want to do our best and make a difference. So we are spending a lot of our time guiding especially those people who after their first achievements don't know how to move on.
I'm working with 3 users, and they are on the right track, they already know a lot about the platform and have done most of their achievements, daily play and challenges. And we continue to work.

🔶Franyeligonzalez : First of all, I want to thank you for all the support you have always given me, not only to me but to many users, I think that today the support for all of us who make life on Steemit is much greater, all the changes that have been implemented, since The creation of communities have undoubtedly been very beneficial, now we all have a place to transmit our messages and how to reach many more people. Thank you!

🔶Josevas217 : Franyeli and I have been in a relationship for more than 12 years together, we studied at the same university, and we also work at the same hospital, so it's already a regular thing.
We spent many years here on the platform together. I feel good, in general, we get along well, even if we have sometimes points where we disagree, we look for ways to reach a point of balance. .
🔶Josevas217: The support is practically in everything, I think that's what life as a couple is all about. To be able to support and complement each other. In particular, I support her as much as I can, both on and off the platform
🔶Josevas217: We both studied medicine at the same university, a career that lasts 6 years in Venezuela. We coincided in some classes, and by the end of the first year of studies we started our relationship.
🔶Josevas217: We communicated basically by WhatsApp. Although when we met it was very fashionable to pin Blackberry phones, I never had one of those phones, I didn't like them. So we basically communicated via WhatsApp.
And also, we saw each other every day at the university, so we coincided on a daily basis.
🔶Josevas217 : We're not really married. On this side of the world, couples don't necessarily end up getting married as such, it's a decision that is not assumed as such so quickly, even when couples decide to live together. As is the case with Franyeli and me, we have so many years together and we are not married.
🔶Josevas217 :The truth is, we know it is a great responsibility, it implies doing a little more than what we have been doing, at least that's how we assume it.
We know that many eyes are on us, any mistake, and will have a bigger implication because in general people tend to judge more those who occupy certain "positions " or assume special "responsibilities ".
It feels good, but it is something you have to know how to handle.
