Happy evening friends of #steemit and @danceandmusic after several days of absence today I am very happy to share a dance with you.
Han sido días difíciles donde no he podido ir a casa de @mariajruizb, @danieldedosd2, @enriquemarval y @dianakyv que es donde generalmente grabo mis bailes, pero llevaba días pensando en la forma de grabar en mi casa y seguir presente en la comunidad realizando una actividad que me ayuda a mantenerme activa y a despejar la mente, como lo es bailar.
They have been difficult days where I have not been able to go to the house of @mariajruizb, @ danieldedosd2, @enriquemarval and @dianakyv which is where I usually record my dances, but I had been thinking for days about how to record at home and continue to be present in the community performing an activity that helps me stay active and clear my mind, such as dancing.
Me las ingenié desempolvando un DVD que tengo desde los 15 años y buscando entre los CD de mi papá me encontré con el tema “Regalando Fores”. Mis niños se emocionaron mucho y José Guillermo mi hijo de 5 años, se animó a unirse a esta fiesta de baile conmigo. Mariana, mientras se encargó de darle play al CD y al vídeo.
I managed to dust off a DVD that I have had since I was 15 years old and looking through my dad's CDs I came across the song “Giving Fores”. My children were very excited and José Guillermo, my 5-year-old son, was encouraged to join this dance party with me. Mariana, while she was in charge of playing the CD and the video.
