Application for Steem Representative 2023

Dear @steemitblog,
My name is Harferri, originally from Indonesia, hereby would like to apply as a Steem Representative for 2023. I have been with Steemit for several years and am an active member with great enthusiasm. I want to make an even bigger contribution as Steem Representative 2023.

Following are some of the reasons why I feel capable and willing to carry out the role as a Steem Representative :

• Experience in Steem Community
  Since 2016, I have been an active member of the Steem platform. During this period, I was actively involved in various Promo Steem activities, charity work and other activities related to this platform. This experience has provided a deep understanding of community dynamics, users, and how collaboration can drive Steem growth and adoption. Currently, I have a role as founder and administrator in the Steem Entrepreneurs Community, Community Curator (August 2023), as well as functioning as a Moderator in the Steem Indonesia Community.

• Understanding of Delegation and Representation:
  I have studied the governance and representation mechanisms carefully. I believe that as a Steem Representative, the main task is not only to represent the steemit community or platform but also to play a role as a liaison between users and the development team. I'm ready to proactively listen to input from the community and take the necessary steps to move the Steem ecosystem forward.

• Effective Communication:
  I have good communication skills and experience in interacting with various individuals from different backgrounds. I will ensure that clear and open communication is always a priority, both in terms of decisions made and in sharing the latest information with the community and users.

As another consideration, important data for my account which was recorded from the steemworld.org application on Thursday, 10 August 2023 is also attached.

I am very excited to contribute more deeply in developing and expanding the Steem ecosystem, both in Indonesia and on a global scale. I am truly ready and committed to devote the necessary time and effort to fully carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned as a Steem Representative in 2023. Thank you for your attention.
