Most of the people ignore this but Depression is killing them and they don't take any action about it. In our culture we most feel hesitate to visit a Psychologist beacuse of people and most because of ourselves. So I want to highlight this topic here today.

Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that has a negative impact on how you feel, think, and act. It is, thankfully, treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities. It can cause a variety of emotional and physical problems, as well as a reduction in your ability to function at work and at home.

Most of the time people feel sad and say we are sad without any reason. Basically there's always a reason behind every happening. Sometimes there are alot of tensions and things going on our minds that causes Depression. To overcome this you need a person you need a doctor you need a Psychologist to whom you can talk.

  • Problems thinking, concentrating, or making decisions
  • Suicidal or death-related thoughts

These are the symptoms we usually feel when we are depressed. But we used to ignore them. 6 months of ignorance causes Major Depression. Which is harmful for our mental Health
