We are back again for growth and this time, massive growth. The year is almost rounding off and we must do something to make this year remarkable. Just two months left to another year. What have you achieved so far? Setting targets and hitting them as we've been doing will help us grow on this platform that's why I organised this monthly challenge to help newbies grow their steem power.

The challenge we have been waiting for is finally here and 10 challengers have been verified to give this challenge a head go. Seems this week is going to be hot as all the challengers here are consistent lions. Most are newbies and a few are old users. Let's see how they can consistently grow their steem power as newbies on this platform.

They roar on this platform on a daily basis as I've been seeing and they are getting support. Now is the time to build. Let's see who roars best. We're taking up 150 SP this month as we did last month. Let's see your best strategies in acing this challenge. Please read the rules and guidelines well so you know what to do. Failure to read especially for those participating for the first time might end up being disqualified.

150 SP

This list would be updated when the following users power up their steems leaving the steem icon at 0.00. @sirexcellence01, @bela90, @vickyson, @kidi40, @dar22, @adunni, @allison001 and @aprendeconkevin, @ajegena, @whizzbro4eva Please power up your steems and ensure the icon is 0.00 to ensure fairness. Failure to power up before tomorrow, you'll be disqualified from the challenge. Whatever you have as steem power when you power up would be used by you as a start for this challenge.

• To continue with this challenge, you must not power down or power up until this challenge ends.

• You can change club status to a club that would favour you. You can choose to set all your posts in 100% power up since you won't be allowed to power up or you can choose to allow it pay out and then what enters your steem power is counted.

• You must create at least 4 posts a week or you'll be disqualified

• You must not buy steems. Your wallet activities would be monitored.

• You can choose to join contests that gives steem power as rewards to earn more

• Participate in the steemit engagement challenge for support.(Optional, but important)

• If you hit your target steem power in time, you must not power up until the challenge ends. Continue building your SP until the challenge halts.

• If you powered up already, good and fine but you'll still have to power up again so that your clubstatus won't be affected during the period of this challenge.

• Anyone who goes astray would be disqualified.

• This challenge ends on 30th November, 2023 12pm UTC and the result would be announced by 21:00pm UTC

For example, @bela90 is currently on 2,698 SP. Remember, when your post pays out, you have both steems and Steem power. We are working on steem power now not steem. So if @bela90 makes 150 steems, she automatically has 150 steem power added to her 2,698 SP making it 2,848 SP. Has she hit her target.? Yes she has. She'll still have to continue steeming until the challenge ends, then she powers up.

This challenge is about who'll be the first to make 150 Steem power. If at all nobody makes 150 SP at the end of this challenge, the person with the highest amount of Steem power made during this challenge would be rewarded as first place.

Let's see who first hits 150 SP. This means that we are working on who first hit 150 SP added to what we has. You can join contests that gives steem power as reward to build your steem power. I deliberately reduced the target to improve our consistency.

This is a challenge and it's based on who hit his target first. Whatever strategy you have in ensuring you outshine your fellow challenger in terms of Steem power, do so. Asides the challenge, the main aim of this challenge is to hit our target of 150 SP in 30 days without powering up. So anyone who hits this first, wins.
