Happy Easter Sunday everyone, welcome to my blog. It's a pleasure participating in this week's craft contest organized by @m-fdo
What I made is called paper table and chair craft it's made using cardboard paper.
Material
- 15cmx15cm cardboard paper for table
- 10cmx10cm cardboard paper for the table drawer
- 16cmx9cm cardboard paper for the chair
- Scissors
- Paper gum
First step(for table)
Fold the 15cmx15cm into two equal halfs, double fold the paper and flip both edges of the paper
Second step
Flip both edges of the paper inward, and and raise one side of the paper you will have a ship shape...unfold the paper then stand it. That's a table
Third step (for drawer)
Flip the edges of 10cmx10cm cardboard paper. Fold the flip edges to get an envelope shape.
Forth step
Unfold the paper and twist each edges to get the box, do same for the second box. Cut out a piece of paper and use gum to place it on the center of the box. This forms as the handle
Firth step (for chair)
Fold the 16cmx9cm into two equal halfs by the length and breath, then unfold the paper to have clear edges on where to flip.
Flip thrice one edge of the paper and fold once the remaining edge.
Sixth step
Flip the thrice folded eged to have a triangle shape. Do same for both sides. Unfold the triangle shape and stand the chair.
I made use of youtube video to learn how to construct the paper craft. I first downloaded the video, watched and contructed the paper craft.
The table and chair is found in schools, offices, business places etc. Kids reads while siting on a chair and the table is where they place their books. I constructed what kids easily find around them.
Having been doing craft contest for very long, my neighbor's kids are always happy each time I call them to learn how I construct any craft work. They are always inspired after learning.
Overall, this is the end of entry. I am always happy to teach the kids how to construct objects using paper. I will like @preye2, @khokhar43 and @joymm to participate in this contest
