Happy New year Beloves Steemians
How are you all doing, I hope are fine and good. Am so happy to participate in this wonderful Contest, and my regards to @steemkidss for hosting such an interesting contest. Well according to this content of mine I will be discussing in details how I PREPARED a delicious African rice, and believe me it was so delicious and nice. Well those that was incharge of the PREPARETION was me and my elderly sister and we really prepared it in a nice way
Well the first step we followed was to assemble our cooking material and get the ready. The include the following items below.
- Rice
- Fresh tomatoes
- Tin tomatoes
- Cray fish
- Stock/ice fish
- pepper
- Onions
- Salts
- Maggi
- Spice's
- Groundnut oil
- Water.
This was the first step we consider and after we got them ready we then wash the pot and make the fire ready because it was a local firewood and really needs some time to catch fire. After we were done with all this we then considered this second step below
- Step two
Well the second step was to add in the pot on fire then per boiled the white rice, because it was a jellof rice and the white rice must be per boiled.
- Step three
The third steep we considered was to bring out the half done rice out of the pot, the add groundnut oil to the burning pot on fire, after adding in groundnut oil and allowed it for some time we then added in onions and many more.
- Step four
This step was when we added both the fresh tomatoes and the tin tomatoes into the pot we earlier added groundnut oil and onions. After after adding the tomatoes, my big sister then turned it for some time.
- Step five
While my sister was busy turning the 🍅 tomatoes in the pot, I then added some salt, crayfish stock/ice fish and also other necessary species. After adding the my sis then tasted it if it was okay.
- Step six
After adding all this necessary things, my sister then covered the pot and it boiled for about 2 minutes. finally she then added in 1 and half cup of water into the same pot she added the tomatoes and many other things.
- Step seven
At the junction, you covered the pot again to boil for some minutes, that should be about 5 minutes, then she added in the per boiled rice we have left for some time, thus was the most interesting part, after she added the per boiled rice she the turned it so that the water in that pot I consume the rice and cover it.
- Step eight
This was the final step, after she added water we then allowed it to boil for about 7 minutes, and by that time all the water in that pot had dried up, and finally indeed your African rice, is now ready to be severed
This was how we prepared a delicious, breakfast which was African rice, thanks fir going through this wonderful content hope you all enjoyed it. Am inviting @ngoenyi @goodybest @saintkelvin17
