INTRODUCTION
Hello steemians? How are you people doing? Hope you're doing great? I want to share with you on how i spent my morning in the village. It was great, so follow me up
HOW MY MORNING EXERCISE WENT
I woke up very early in the morning i prayed to God, after that i help my cousin to do her morning workout but before that i did my own workout, when i was done with my workout it was her own turn for her own workout, so i showed her what to do and she did i perfectly well
So She did It very well but when she was done her body was paining her so i told her that the workout is working on her body.
When i was done with the workout i took broom and i swept the floor and also outside
When i was sweeping i was tired because of the workout i did so i manage and do it because it help us to be physically feet.
When i was done with the floor i and my cousin went to get water for they house, so when we arrived, water was not rushing in the tap so we had to get it from the well, so when we went to the well i fetch the water but when i was fetching water i was scared because it was so dip but i had to fetch the water
so when i was done we all went to the house and we all took her bath and we ate our food.
WHAT EXERCISE DO IN THE BODY
The important of exercise:
Strengthening,and aerobic exercises will keep you active, and feel great.
Exercise help you to grow fast, But we tend to limit ourselves to one or two types of activity. "People do what they enjoy, or what feels the most effective, so some a we should all be doing aerobics, stretching, strengthening, and balance exercises.
CONCLUSION
