Hello everyone greetings to you all how are you all doing today it's an awesome day and I'm so happy to participate in this contest of the week so today in this post I will be talking on how to prepare jollof rice so let's get started and see how I prepared it.

So I'm going to prepare jollof rice so I will first list out the ingredients I will be using to prepare it it very simple to prepare and it's my favorite food .

INGREDIENTS..

Rice
Fresh tomatoes
Onions
Ice fish
Maggi cube
Red 🌶️ pepper
Crayfish
Salt
Grandutt oil

So those things listed are the ingredients used in cooking it so now let's see the steps on how to cook it.

When you have all your ingredients you now parboil your rice and parboiling of rice takes 30 to 40 minutes so that it will look nice and after that you wash it and wait for some minutes So that it will dry.

So after you are waiting for the rice to dry you now put your fresh tomatoes and wait for some minutes when it dry small you put your grandnutt oil and in this point you have to put onions and fry it for some minutes.

After you are done frying it you put all your ingredients and also put the rice and put water also so at this point you have put all your ingredients you wait when it get done.
