The device which will be used to draw digitally are tablet ,laptop or a smart phone. most of the people use tablets to draw digitally. because its very convenient for digital drawing meanwhile many people use laptops. laptops are quite difficult to handle while digitally drawing. because on tablet an external digital pen is helpful .

you cannot draw on tablet or any things anywhere or in any application, there are plenty of drawing apps available in app store as well as apple store which are being used to draw digitally.
My experience of digital drawing
i do have PC but the apps which are convenient to draw digitally are not being installed in my computer.i don't have tools as i mentioned above. but i do play different drawing games on my father mobile phone. which are always mind refreshing.
