I am very happy to participate in the Food Challenge Contest today, organized by Steem Kids & Parents Community . Today I am going to share with you a delicious and nutritious vegetable noodles recipe. No one can be found who doesn't like noodles. It is a favorite snack especially for kids. So I tried to increase its nutritional value with different types of vegetables. I will present to you how to make vegetable noodles very easily and in a short time.

Tomatoes50 g
Potatoes60 g

Step-01

First of all, the noodles should be boiled. For this, boil the water for 3-4 minutes. When the noodles are cooked, strain them through a strainer. Then cut carrots and potatoes thinly and steam lightly.

Now put a pan in the oven and pour the chopped onion and pepper. Then shake a little bit and add oil.

Step-03


Then when the onions and peppers are fried, add the boiled carrots and potatoes and stir for a while.

After that, when the carrots and potatoes are lightly fried, add chopped tomatoes and eggs.

Then when everything is mixed well, pour the noodles and stir everything together.

Then mix the noodles with everything and sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves over it.

Finally pour it into a serving dish and make a little decoration then our healthy vegetable noodles will be ready.
