I am very happy to participate in the Food Challenge Contest today, organized by Steem Kids & Parents Community . Today I am going to share with you a delicious and nutritious vegetable noodles recipe. No one can be found who doesn't like noodles. It is a favorite snack especially for kids. So I tried to increase its nutritional value with different types of vegetables. I will present to you how to make vegetable noodles very easily and in a short time. |

Necessary ingredients:
Ingredients | quantity |

Noodles | 1 packet |
Carrots | 100 g |
Tomatoes | 50 g |
Potatoes | 60 g |
chilli | 2 piece |
onion | 1 piece |
Eggs | 1 piece |
Chopped coriander leaves | 2 tbsp |
Salt,oil | amount like |
garam masala | amount like |
Step-01
First of all, the noodles should be boiled. For this, boil the water for 3-4 minutes. When the noodles are cooked, strain them through a strainer. Then cut carrots and potatoes thinly and steam lightly. |

Now put a pan in the oven and pour the chopped onion and pepper. Then shake a little bit and add oil. |

Then when the onions and peppers are fried, add the boiled carrots and potatoes and stir for a while. |

After that, when the carrots and potatoes are lightly fried, add chopped tomatoes and eggs. |

Then when everything is mixed well, pour the noodles and stir everything together. |

Then mix the noodles with everything and sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves over it. |

Finally pour it into a serving dish and make a little decoration then our healthy vegetable noodles will be ready. |
