Necessary measures

First of all, chili, onion, ginger, garlic and masala should be blended together and the rice and lentils should be washed and drained. Then cut the potatoes into pieces. Now put a pot in the oven and stir it with the chopped onions. When the water dries up, oil should be added.
Then when the onions turn red, stir them well with the blended spices.Then add some salt and turmeric to it. |

Now all the spices should be mixed together well and when the water dries up, the spices should be extracted with light water.
Now pour some pre-cooked mutton bones into it.Then grind it very well. Pour light water and stir.
Then add the washed rice, lentils and potatoes and mix well.
After draining it well for some time, it should be closed with a lid with some amount of water.
After 20-25 minutes, lift the lid and shake lightly.Then when the water is completely dry, it should be taken down. Then serve in a serving dish.
