Culinary lovers are very excited about their own culinary arts and serve their cooked food in different environments and make people eat and enjoy. They want to diversify their food and showcase their talents by sharing diverse dishes on different platforms.
Once again this community organized a Challenge week #64. So I will share some of my cooking pictures. There are many of us parents who do not know how to cook well. Maybe we can learn some cooking techniques through this cooking challenge. There are many Steem users from different countries who will share their local recipes. Maybe kids will like their recipes and they will be more interested in eating them. This food challenge is very useful for kids.

I will make a recipe that kids will love, kids will love it and parents will love it too.
The recipe is –
Ingredients Required
Shrimp fish | 1/2 kg |
---|---|
Ginger-garlic paste | 2 tsp |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Coriander powder | 1/2 tsp |
Cumin powder | 1/2 tsp |
Black pepper powder | 1/2 tsp |
Cornflower | 1 tablespoon |
Cooking oil | in quantity |
Along with soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and sugar.

First, take the prawns and fish in a bowl and wash them well and drain the water. Marinate the fish with a little ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, and soy sauce for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mix gram flour and half a spoon of cornflour with the fish and fry them one by one in oil.
Now fry the onion in the oil and add all the other spices and tomato. When all are fried well, fry the whole onion and garlic in a little oil.
Now I will add a cup of water. Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of cornflower in a little water. Now add 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, tomato sauce, and pepper powder and mix well.
Now I will give the fried fish in the spice mixture. I will not keep it in the spice mixture for long. After checking the salt, shake it well and leave a little sugar for taste.
I will serve the food with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves before eating the prawns and fish.

Shrimp has anti-inflammatory properties that are good for the brain. This fish contains protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals which are required for keeping the body healthy. In addition, shrimps are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that keep our kidneys healthy. In addition, the main source of calcium is shrimp fish, which is necessary for the formation of bones and teeth. This fish contains vitamin E and B12
Side effect
Although shrimp is low in fat and calories, it is high in cholesterol.
So this fish is harmful for heart patients especially those who have high cholesterol in their body.
