This initiative is for young children who are reluctant to eat, they may like the new Convariat type of food. which they may desire to see and eat. Again, this challenge is best for those of us who are parents who don't know how to cook much, because here Steem users from different countries will share the local foods of their countries and maybe we can learn some more cooking techniques.
Food Challenge Contest Week #66: For the Kids and Parents || Teach the kids food challenge ||Egg with vegetable fry
Children generally do not like to eat vegetables. But some kids love eggs. If I prepare eggs and vegetables like this for kids who don't want to eat vegetables, every kid will eat this recipe without hesitation. My kids eat it, you can make this recipe and give it to the kids. I like to eat a quick breakfast.
I am sharing a recipe for kids that kids will eat and parents will love too.
Everything I need to make these recipes
Parsnips, carrots and capsicum, and tomato in moderation
Two pieces of chicken
Oil 1 tablespoon
An onion
Two green chilies
Soy sauce, white pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Two eggs.
Process of cooking preparation
First, crack an egg with a pan of oil on the gas stove. After that, I will give chopped tomato, chopped onion, and chopped raw chili on the egg.
I will shake it again with a little salt and white pepper powder.
After that, I will add mixed vegetables and keep them covered for some time.
When the vegetables are cooked and the water dries up, I will serve them as hot food.

Besides, egg calcium plays an important role in building strong bones in the body. egg also contains energy, potassium, carbohydrates, protein, and fat.

Among the food ingredients, vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals keep the body healthy by increasing the immunity of our body.
