Food challenge contest week #50|| Check Out This Simple Stew Recipe with Fresh Fish

Greetings to the Steem Kids & Parents Community and everyone on this great platform.

I'm here to share with you how to create great stew using fresh fish and cowskin because I enjoy good food. Every ingredient I used to make the stew, including the fresh tomatoes, pepper, onions, and others that you will learn about as you follow the steps, was fresh.

In addition to rice, beans, yams, plantains, Garri Eba, semovita, bread, and many other things, stew is a delicious recipe. On the first day, I personally ate the stew I made with white rice, but on the second.

  • Get your fresh fish and cowskin ready in advance. If you like fried food, season the fresh fish and cowskin with salt and pepper, add sliced onions, and then boil them before frying them.

  • Wash your fresh peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Slice or blend them, then set them aside.

  • In a different saucepan, add the vegetable oil, set it on fire, and wait for the oil to warm up before adding the onions.

  • Add your chopped or blended tomatoes, pepper, and onion and cook until the mixture is dry before adding the tomato sachet and stirring.

  • Include seasonings like salt, Maggi, curry chicken, and thyme.

  • Include your freshly caught fish, cowskin, and a small amount of water, then let it cook until the stew thickens.
