Greetings to the Steem Kids & Parents community and everywhere else, my darling children and parents!

I'm here to share with you how to make a great stew using fresh tomatoes. Every ingredient I used to make the stew is listed in this post, including the fresh tomatoes, pepper, onions, and others that you will learn about as you follow the steps.

In addition to rice, beans, yams, plantains, Garri Eba, semovita, bread, and many other things, stew is good to eat and is a really delectable recipe. In my situation, I served the freshly made tomato stew I made with white rice, which I also mentioned in this post. Let's examine the ingredients I utilized.

Ingredients Used:

Meat, fresh tomatoes, canned tomatoes, red bell peppers, vegetable oil, onions, curry powder, thyme, Maggi, and salt are just a few of the ingredients (to taste).

Cooking Instructions:

You can use the step-by-step pictures and instructions provided below to prepare your stew.

  • Get your fresh meat ready in advance. If you like fried food, season the meat, with salt and pepper, add sliced onions, and then boil before frying it.
