1/2 Cup Beniseed
1/2kg Assorted Beef (Meat)
Dry fish
Crayfish
1 ounce Uziza Leaves (Optional)
1-ounce ugu leaves
1 Onion Bulb
Fresh pepper
Salt to taste
Seasoning
Palm oil
COOKING METHOD |

- You have to wash and rinse all your beef (meat) properly
- Put seasoning into your beef (meat), and place on fire.
Remove the meat and heat your palm oil.
after about 30 minutes of cooking your beef, add crayfish, pepper, and a little water and cook.
- Add palm oil into the pot and allow to cook.
- Add the grounded beniseed into the pot and stir after 2 minutes.
- Add your slice Ugu leaves, or betterleaf into the pot and allow to cook for 1 or 2 minutes before turning off the heat and serving yourself for eating.
