Greetings to everyone in this community and forum at large. Friend, today I am super interested in sharing with you how to prepare oha and achi soup using goat meat.
If you have been reading my post on foods, you will have discovered that I have previously discussed how to cook oha soup many times, which today is a very special delicacy because of the ingredients that are used in this particular food. I have shared everything concerning the soup with you in this very post.
Using goat meat to cook oha and achi soup can give your soup a very sweet taste and aroma that will even make a passerby or your neighbor pay you a prompt visit. Goat meat gives taste and flavor to food more than any other meat, which is why I used it in cooking oha soup.

- I wash the meat, fish, and stock fish and put them inside a cooking pot. I add the ingredients and place it on fire.
- As the meat was on fire, I then begged to shred the oha leaves, grind pepper, crayfish, onions, etc., and keep them aside.
I then grind pepper, crayfish, and onions into the cooking meat, where I also add Maggie and salt to taste.
After about 20 minutes of cooking the meat and other ingredients, I then add oil and the achi into the pot, where I first put it on a small plate, added a small quantity of water, and mixed it very well before adding it to the pot.
After 5 minutes of adding the achi, I then add the shredded oha leaves, stir very well, and allow them to cook for 10 minutes before I bring them down from the fire for eating.
