I made delicious Milo ice cream today. It is a very delicious dessert. I made this Milo ice cream as a food that is very important to us and when the guests come, we can give them this delicious Milo ice cream to eat. This delicious ice cream can be specially prepared on festive occasions as well as my favorite food. Hope you will love this ice cream. Ingredients


Fresh milk 1 l
Milo powder packet 5
Corn flour 3tbsp
Sugar 100g

Making process

Step 01

First take a jar. Add corn flour to the bowl. Then add about 100ml of fresh milk to it and dissolve it well.

Step 02

After that, put the remaining fresh milk in a bowl, put it on the stove, add sugar to it and heat it until it dissolves well.

After the fresh milk is boiled, add the milk mixed with corn flour and mix it well. After that, add Milo powder and mix well until there are no lumps.

After making a thick mixture like this, remove it from the stove and let it cool down. After boiling, put it in a blender, blend it well, put it in a cup and put it in the refrigerator to set well for about 8 hours.
