Today I'm going to show you how to cook veg fried rice . Every one adore this type of cuisine .This is something I've done countless times previously. Because of the taste, I wanted to make these again. I prepared this using a variety of veggies So, let's learn how to prepare these tasty and spicy nibbles quickly.

- boiled Rice or leftover rice
- Carrot 1
- Peas
- Lemon or vinegar
- Soya sauce
- Green chillies
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
- Salt

First of all we need to chopped the the veggies which we have taken,i took hear carrot and peas you can add veggies according to your taste.In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil over high hear.Add garlic and sauté for 30 to 40 seconds, or until fragrant. Ajino-moto (whole or powder) is also used in some premium Chinese restaurants. So I do include it on occasion. This is optional but adds a great flavour.

Add all of the chopped vegetables and the slit green chilies. Cook for 2–3 minutes. We want them crunchy, so don't overcook them. However, be certain that the raw flavour of the veggies has been removed.
Step 3
Add leftover rice or boiled rice to the pan and mix well, then add some salt according to the taste. Mix thoroughly and then squeeze the lemon over the rice and veggies mixture,you can add vinegar i don't like the smell of vinegar so i have added lemon extract. After that add one teaspoon soy sauce and mix well.

If you want to add some special herb you can add hear , but I don't prefer to add anything i have just added coriander leaves and serve to my son . Then packed it for tiffin for my husband. Some times we feel annoying to make rice and veggies as a curry. I think it's the best way yo can get rice and benefits of veggies in one meal.

I prefer fried rice for lunch rather than dinner. And if you work out at the gym, you should do the same since it helps you keep the weight off.Rice at night is unhealthy because there is no work to be done soon after consuming food, however in the afternoon there is stuff like walking...running...sitting...etc that assists with fat loss!
