Tovar Dana Dhokli recipe
- To make Tovar Dana Dhokli, we will first prepare all the ingredients and keep them in a dish. Here I have prepared chopped tomatoes, onions, ginger-garlic, green chilies, green onions, and garlic in a dish to make Tovar Dana Dhokli. In a vessel, I have kept the peeled tur seeds washed with fresh water.

- Now what we have already prepared in the dish. He will use the material. We will put green chilies, tomatoes and coriander, green onions, and garlic in it and keep it on low flame for a while.
- Now we will take spices in a dish to put in Tovar Dana Dhokli. Here I have taken red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chicken masala, and salt to put in Tovar dana dhokli. Which we will mix and put. Let all the spices mix and let it stay for a while.
- Now we have prepared the grains in it. After five minutes, we will add water to it and cover it with a lid. So that our Tovar grains do not remain raw. The grains should be cooked well.
- Now we will check the grains of Tovar that the grains are cooked well. Now we are going to make Tovar Dana Dhokli. Will take wheat flour. We will put some red chili powder, and salt in it. By adding a little oil, we will knead the dough well with water. I have kneaded the flour here. We will use the flour to make it like a roti. I have made roti on a thin plate and kept it here.
- Now the roti we have made. We will cut it into small pieces with a knife and keep it in a dish.
- Now the grain we have prepared for making dhokli. Will add a little more water to it. When the water starts boiling, we can make roti in it. Cut into small pieces and keep in a dish. We will put it after boiling water. Then we will cover the lid. After a while, we will see that our Dana Dhokli is ready.
