I was very eager to participate in this competition for many days. But due to my busy work schedule, I could not share my recipe with you soon. But today I am sharing my today's recipe with you. - Today in front of you how to make bread cutlet. I am telling you the easy way to do this. This is a delicious snack. We can eat in the morning with tea or even in the evening for breakfast. We can make this very easily at home. This is a nutritious breakfast. Everyone likes this breakfast very much. Children also like it very much. We will make this recipe using boiled potatoes, peas, and some vegetables. You can eat it with tea or with green coriander chutney.

BREAD CUTLET RECIPE
- First of all, we will take potatoes. Which we will keep in a cooker for boiling. Together we will also add green peas. So that it is easy for us to make it. If we keep the peas boiling separately then our time will be wasted. That's why I put hot water in a cooker and put potatoes and green peas in it and kept it boiling.
- After boiling potatoes and peas, we will take them out in a vessel. I had kept the potatoes here for more boiling. But here I will take only 6 potatoes to make cutlets. You can take potatoes according to your choice. Now we will keep the boiled potatoes peeled. Then we will also put green peas in it.
- We have to have poha here as well. You can add poha if you want. I have taken poha here. Which I have soaked in water. So that the poha becomes soft. We have to take one capsicum, two onions, and green chilies to put in the cutlets. Which we have to prepare by chopping finely. I have finely chopped all the ingredients here.
- Now we have to mix all the ingredients. First of all, we will fry potatoes and green peas well. Then we will put soaked poha in it. After adding poha, we will put finely chopped capsicum in it. You can add any of the vegetables we have taken earlier. I have put capsicum here first.
- Now we have kept finely chopped onions and green chilies in it. We have to put it in this material. You can add green chilies according to your taste so that the cutlets do not become too spicy.
- Now we have to add ginger-garlic paste to it. Then we have to add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to it. And also have to add black pepper. After adding all the ingredients, we have to mix them well.
- Now we have to put four spoons of corn flour in it. You can use corn flour at your convenience. After adding corn flour, we have to mix all the ingredients well. Adding corn flour will make our cutlets tastier. That's why I have put corn flour here.
- Now we have to make it into cutlets. I have come here and made pore-type cutlets. You can make it in any shape. I liked it and found it easy too, that's why I liked this way to make it. You can make all the cutlets from this material and prepare them in a dish first. I have prepared all the cutlets and kept them here.
Now we have to heat the oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, we have to take out the cutlets by putting them in the batter we have prepared. Then we have to apply it to the bread mixture and fry it in oil.
