- Everyone likes to cook. I am very fond of cooking, I cook different types of food every day at my home. Today I am sharing with you the recipe for how to make Guarphali sabzi. Guarfali is very easy to make and I like it very much. I hope you will also like my today's recipe.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING GAVARFALI KI SUKHI SUBZI

GAVARFALI KI SUKHI SUBZI
- First of all, to make gavarfali, we will gavarfali, Potato, Onion, and Ginger-Garlic in a dish.
- Now we have to clean the gavarfali and wash it thoroughly with water. If we bring any vegetables from the market, first we have to wash these vegetables with water and prepare them. We have to wash the three potatoes that we have taken with water from the peel.
- Now we have to put oil in the cooker. Then we have to add celery to it as well. After that, we have to cut the onion that we have taken and put it in it. We have to let it be for a while.
- After that, we have to add garlic and potatoes. Then we have to grind the ginger-garlic that we have taken in the mixer and add its paste to all this.
- Now we have to add salt, turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder as per taste. Then we have to mix it well. Then we have to put some water in it and tie the lid of the cooker. We have to let it cook on low flame.
- Now we have to open the lid of the cooker and see. Here my curry of gavarfali is ready. It looks very tasty. It takes more time to cook the guardrail, so we should cook it in a pressure cooker. This vegetable is seen in every Indian household. You can make this in your lunch. It tastes great with Bread. This vegetable is also beneficial for our body. It has many qualit.
