Today you will learn how to make Vegetable Rice. I am telling this through my recipe. We can use any vegetable ingredient to make Vegetable Rice. We can easily make this vegetable Rice at home using some leftover vegetables. Today I am telling you about the vegetables used by me and how we make vegetable Rice from them. Without wasting much time let's start writing about today's beautiful competition.

First of all, to make vegetable rice, we will soak the rice in water for some time. After that, we have to heat water in a vessel and boil the rice. After boiling, we have to take out the rice and keep it in a vessel.
Now we have to prepare all the vegetable ingredients to make visible rice. Among the vegetables here, I have taken carrots, peas, cauliflower, capsicum, green coriander, mint, green onion, tomato, and lemon. You can use any vegetable. We will cut all the ingredients and prepare them properly. I have chopped all these ingredients and kept them ready in a dish.
Now to make vegetable rice, we will put oil in a vessel and let it heat. When the oil becomes hot, we will add cumin seeds to it. After that, we have to add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and let it fry well.

Now we have to add peeled peas to it. After adding peas, we have to add chopped onions to it. After that, we have to add cauliflower, tomato, capsicum, green onion and mix them well. We have to add some water to it and cook all the ingredients well so that our vegetables do not remain raw.
When the vegetables are cooked well, we have to turn off the gas. Here all the ingredients are cooked well, so I have turned off the gas.
Now first of all we have to put the rice in a vessel. After that, we have to put green chopped coriander and mint on the rice and also add fried onions. Which tastes good.
After that, we have to add the vegetables we have prepared in it. Then we have to let it cook for some time on low flame.
