Today I have brought before you a very tasty recipe which I had made for the first time at my home. Today I am telling you how to make Kheema Masala. When I made it at home for the first time, it was very tasty. That's why I thought I would share this recipe with you so that you too can prepare this delicious recipe at home and enjoy this dish. This dish is very salty and full of flavors. We can prepare this recipe easily at home. So without wasting much time let's start.

First of all, to make Chicken Kheema Masala, we have to take Chicken Kheema. This chicken kheema is prepared and given to us at any chicken shop. So I bought this chicken kheema from a chicken shop. We will wash the chicken kheema with good water and take it in a vessel from which all the water can drain.
We have to take oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, add bay leaves, cloves, chili, and chopped onions. Until the color of the onion turns red. Till then we have to fry it.
Now after the onion turns red, we have to add chicken kheema to it and also add ginger-garlic paste.
Now we have to grind tomatoes and green chilies in a mixer and make puree. We have to add it to chicken kheema. We also have to add two spoons of curd in it. Adding curd makes the taste better. You can also add lemon juice instead of curd.
Now we have to add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and kheema masala and mix it.
Now we have to mix it and add water to it. So that the chicken kheema gets cooked properly. Chicken Kheema does not take much time to cook and does not require much water. That's why I have added a little water here as per my requirement. If you want, you can cover it with a lid until cooked. So that the chicken kheema gets cooked well and quickly.
So friends, here all the water from the chicken kheema has been burnt and the chicken kheema is also cooked well. We will add green coriander to it and mix it well.
Here the chicken kheema is ready. This looks very tasty. I would like to eat it with hot Chapati.
