Today I will share with you a delicious recipe with cabbage . It can be cooked quickly and easily. The food item with cabbage is very tasty to eat and it is a a healthy recipe. The peopleof Bangladesh love this recipe very much.
Ingredients

White flour | 1/2 cup |
Chopped Onion | 2 onion |
Sauce | As you prefer |
Note - You can choose the amount of ingredients according to your cabbage quantity.
Process of cooking
Step 1:
Take a full cabbage. I brought the cabbage last day. The divided the cabbage into two portion. Use a sharp knife for cutting the cabbage.
Step 2:
Now cut the cabbage into very small size. It is very easy to cut the cabbage into small portion. I love cutting cabbage because it is very soft vegetable.
Step 3:
Cleaning the vegetables is must before cook. I clean the chooped cabbage with fresh water and let it dry for a while.
Step 4:
In step -4, I add 1/2 table spoon salt in the chooped cabbage and mash it with my hand. Let it covered for atleast 1 hour.
Step 5:
After 1 hour I wash the salted chopped cabbage again because to reduce salt. Reduce the water from cabbge as much as possible.
Step 6:
In this step, you have to add all ingredients one by one. I start with the flour . I use 1/2 cup of flour. Then I add eeg. Here I uased two eggs. After adding eggs I add green chili and chopped onion. And mixed it properly.
Step 7:
The colour of the cabbage mixture has changed. The colour changed into brownish colour. now it's time to fry. Set a frying pan on the stove. Remember the flame of the stove should be low.
Step 8:
Fry the mixture with round shape. Fry it for 10-12 munites at low frame and then serve it with sauce. Try this at you home. You will definitely enjoy it.
