Cooking Process
Step- I
First, heat a pot of water and wait until the water starts to boil. When the water starts boiling, take 1/2 kg of rice. I have used Polao rice in this recipe. Wash rice thoroughly with water. Then boil the rice in that boiling water. When the rice is done boiling, pour the water in a perforated container and leave it to drain. After draining the water, spread the rice so that one rice does not stick to another rice. I spread the rice on a tray.
Step- II
Now take a chicken and cut the chicken into small pieces. Then wash it and marinate it with salt ginger, garlic and soya sauce for 3-4 hours. After 3-4 hours later fry it in low flame. Power off the stove when colour become brown.
Step- III
In this step you have to do the cutting work. Take 1 carrot and chop it. Then take 1/3 of a cabbage and chop it too. Take some beans and pick them.
Then I cut a capsicum and also a few pieces of broccoli. I cut onions, green chillies, garlic into squares in this step.
Heat a pan on low heat in the oven. Then add some butter to it. When the butter melts, add chopped onion and chopped garlic.
Then when the light frying is done, continue to fry it first with grated carrot, shredded cabbage, camsicum, broccoli and beans.
When the vegetables are done, add the fried chickens to it. Crack four eggs in a bowl and mix well. Then pour the egg into the pan. Keep frying again.
Finally, pour the boiled rice in the pan and mix well. You can add soy sauce in this step if you want. Salt should also be given at this stage. Then fry well for 8-10 low flame and then our fried rice is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
