Today I am here with one of my favourite food recipes. . Today I will be sharing Cake Recipe. The kids of our house love this cake very much. So without farther late I am going to start sharing my recipe and I hope you will like this. Let's starts,
Name of Item : Vanilla Flavor Cake
Ingredients of the recipe

Baking Process
Step- I
Take four eggs. Then crack the egg shell and put those eggs in a container. If you store the eggs in your fridge, take out those eggs from the fridge at least 1 hour before use. Eggs should be in room temperature for making cake. If you use frozen eggs then your cake won't puffy beacuse frozen eggs don’t form foam.
Step- II
Then beat those eggs with hand beater. I use an electric hand beater for making foam from eggs . It will take minimum 6-10 minutes. if you don't have electric can better at your home then use spoon to make this form. If you use spoon to make egg foam then it will take more time. Making egg form by spoon is a bit difficult too.but it works perfectly.
Step- III
In this step, take half of sugar. Mixef it with egg form and beat it again for 5-6 minutes. These are the main step of making a cake. If you want you can add one cup of sugar if you love to eat very sweeted cake. This is up to your choice.
Your beater is ready now you have to just add some other ingredients. in this step I add one tablespoon vanilla essence, half table spoon baking powder, half cup oil, a bit salt, milk powder and mixed these all using a hand beater . Here I use a very little amount of butter.
Now take one cup of white flour. Mix the flour with the mixture very soft handly by useing a spatula. Never mix the flour with the help of beater.
Now, its turn to set up the electric oven. You have to pre heat the oven for 10-15 minutes. So, I set the oven at 160°c for 10-15 minutes.
Now, prepare the mould. Here I take a aluminum rectangular shaped mould for making my cake. First brush oil on the surfacr of the mould and then place a paper on it. I am sharing this process by photo.
Transfer the cake mixture into the mould. After transfer the cake mixture into the mould tap the molud for a while. It helps reduce bubble froming.
Now its time for baking the cake. Place the cake into the oven and let it bake for 160°c for 45-50 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven after 45-50 minutes. The surface of cake become brown. Then cut the cake and enjoy with your family.
Slice the cake and server it. Hope you will enjoy the cake very much if you try this at home.
